Contact and support scope
For product help, feedback, or an accessibility issue, email support@isaluna.ca. This opens your configured email app. If nothing happens, copy the address into a new email message.
Include the Memoritual app version, iOS version, iPhone model, and a description of what happened. Do not send memory entries, exports, passwords, payment-card information, Apple verification codes, or sensitive health information.
Support is provided by email in English and French. It is not an emergency, medical, telephone, live-chat, or round-the-clock service. We aim to acknowledge support requests within three business days, but response time can vary with volume and complexity.
Frequently asked questions
Which devices and languages are supported?
Version 1 is intended for release through the Canadian and United States App Stores, is designed for iPhone, requires iOS 17 or later, and has English and French interfaces and email support. iPad, Android, other interface languages, and other App Store countries or regions are not supported in the initial release.
Where are my memories stored?
Version 1 stores memory content and its own photo copies inside the app on the iPhone. It has no Memoritual account or developer-operated cloud sync. Apple device backups may include app data according to the user’s Apple backup settings.
Will Memoritual change or delete my original photo?
Memoritual creates its own resized photo copy. Its photo-management controls operate on that app-owned copy and do not use Photos APIs to edit, move, or delete the original asset in the Photos library.
Can support recover a lost memory?
No. IsaLuna does not receive memory content and cannot retrieve it from a lost, erased, or unavailable device. Apple backup availability depends on the user’s settings and Apple’s services. Export important records to a destination you control before erasing the app or changing devices.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open Settings → Your Data. Choose JSON or CSV export and then a destination in Apple’s system interface. The same screen includes a confirmed Erase All Data action. Individual memories can be deleted from the Memories tab. Original Photos-library assets are outside these app controls.
What is included for free?
The Free plan supports up to 30 saved memory entries. Each entry can contain one photo, an optional note, or both. Free also includes recall, hints and reveal, the library, editing, archive and restore, export, deletion, privacy controls, accessibility controls, and one optional daily reminder fixed at 7:00 p.m.
What does Memoritual Plus include?
While Plus is active, the 30-entry Free limit does not apply, subject to available device storage and reasonable technical limits. Plus also includes the current-week recap and memory mosaic, custom morning and evening reminder schedules, and reminder sound control. Version 1 offers one optional monthly auto-renewable subscription with no trial, annual plan, or lifetime purchase.
How do I restore, manage, or cancel Plus?
Open Settings → Memoritual Plus to restore purchases or manage an active subscription. You can also use Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period. Saved memories remain available; if the library is above 30 entries when Plus ends, new capture pauses until Plus is active or the library is reduced below the Free limit.
How do I request a refund or report an unknown charge?
Apple processes App Store billing and refund decisions. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service or contact Apple Support. IsaLuna cannot access payment-card details or issue an App Store refund directly. We will never ask for your Apple Account password or verification code.
Why are reminders unavailable?
Check the reminder setting in Memoritual and then iOS Settings → Notifications → Memoritual. Custom schedules and sound control require an active Plus subscription. Reminder text is generic and does not contain saved memory content.
Is Memoritual medical care or brain training?
No. Memoritual is a general wellness and organization tool. It does not diagnose, screen for, prevent, treat, or monitor a medical condition, and it does not promise to improve cognition. Seek a qualified healthcare professional when memory changes are new, worsening, unsafe, or concerning.
