Agreement and provider
Memoritual is provided by IsaLuna Commercial Inc. By downloading or using the app, you agree to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these additional terms. Apple’s App Store terms also apply to downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and refunds. If these additional terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs the licence supplied through the App Store.
Who may use the app
Memoritual is intended for adults. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for protecting access to your device and exported files. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, or infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
General wellness purpose
Memoritual is a general wellness and organization tool for capturing and revisiting everyday details. It is not medical care, a medical device, diagnosis, screening, treatment, monitoring, emergency support, or a substitute for professional advice. We do not promise that using Memoritual will improve memory, cognition, health, or any medical condition.
Seek a qualified healthcare professional when memory changes are new, worsening, unsafe, or concerning. Contact local emergency services for an emergency.
Free and Plus plans
The Free plan supports up to 30 saved memory entries and includes the core recall, library, editing, export, deletion, privacy, accessibility, and fixed daily-reminder features described on the App Store product page.
Memoritual Plus is an optional one-month auto-renewable subscription. While Plus is active, the 30-entry Free limit does not apply, subject to available device storage and reasonable technical limits. Plus also includes the current-week recap and memory mosaic, custom morning and evening reminder schedules, and reminder sound control. Version 1 has no introductory trial, annual plan, or lifetime purchase.
Price, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
The purchase screen shows Apple’s current local price and billing period before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically for another month unless you cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The App Store handles billing, subscription management, and refund requests under Apple’s terms and applicable law. Any transaction tax shown during the App Store purchase is handled through Apple’s purchase process. IsaLuna remains responsible for its own business tax obligations.
When Plus ends, saved memories remain readable, recallable, editable, exportable, and deletable. If the library is above 30 entries, new capture pauses until Plus is active again or the library is reduced below the Free limit. Ending Plus does not itself delete saved memories.
Your content and backups
You retain any rights you hold in notes and photos you add. You are responsible for having permission to use that content. Version 1 does not upload memory content to IsaLuna and grants IsaLuna no licence to use it.
Memoritual has no developer-operated account, sync, or recovery service. Device failure, app deletion, operating-system behaviour, or an unavailable backup can result in data loss. Use the app’s export control and your chosen Apple backup settings if you want an additional copy. IsaLuna cannot retrieve local memory content.
Ownership
Memoritual, the website, their software, visual design, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to IsaLuna and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The limited licence in Apple’s Standard EULA does not transfer ownership or permit copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or derivative use except where applicable law expressly allows it. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; no Apple endorsement is implied.
Availability, changes, and support
Version 1 is intended for release through the Canadian and United States App Stores as an English- and French-language iPhone app requiring iOS 17 or later. iPad, Android, other interface languages, and other App Store countries or regions are not supported in the initial release. Availability also depends on device compatibility, Apple services, and applicable law. We may correct defects, maintain security, or change future versions and plan features. We will not describe a paid feature as included unless it is available in the offered plan.
Support is provided by email in English and French through support@isaluna.ca. Memoritual does not provide emergency, medical, telephone, live chat, or guaranteed around-the-clock support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for this third-party app.
Warranty and liability
Apple’s Standard EULA contains the applicable warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IsaLuna provides no additional promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions made using information stored or displayed by the app and for maintaining copies you need.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or modify.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future app versions, features, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide any notice required by law. Changes do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
