Who is responsible
IsaLuna Commercial Inc. (“IsaLuna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for personal information under its control. The IsaLuna Privacy Officer can be reached at privacy@isaluna.ca.
Information covered by this notice
The public website has no visitor account, contact form, payment page, advertising, analytics, tracking pixel, or marketing cookie. IsaLuna does not ask visitors to enter personal information on the website.
When a device requests a page, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as an IP address, request headers, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events to deliver and protect the site.
If you email IsaLuna, we receive your email address, message, and any other information you choose to include. Apple provides the primary email service for our isaluna.ca addresses. If business mail is forwarded for monitoring or filing, Yahoo may also process and retain a copy. Business communications can include transaction, supplier, developer-program, accounting, and professional-contact records.
Why we use information
We use information only for reasonable business purposes connected to the interaction, such as delivering and securing the website, responding to a request, operating a venture, maintaining records, protecting our rights, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising or automated decisions.
Service providers and processing locations
Cloudflare, Apple, and, when forwarding is enabled, Yahoo process information for website delivery, security, email, and business-mail filing. Their processing may occur outside your province or country, where the information may be subject to local law. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not disclose information for unrelated commercial use.
Retention and safeguards
We retain communications and business records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above and any legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or security requirement. Provider security logs follow the provider’s retention practices. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no email or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Please do not email passwords, payment-card information, Memoritual exports or entries, or sensitive health information.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask about personal information IsaLuna controls, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern. Send the request to privacy@isaluna.ca. We may need limited information to verify identity and locate the relevant records. Legal exceptions may apply.
Product policies, external links, and changes
Each IsaLuna product may have a separate policy describing its own information practices. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We will revise this notice and its effective date before introducing a materially different website or communications practice.
